All times are Central European Time (CET/CEST). Our office is staffed by volunteers, so telephone availability may vary during programme sessions.

Public inquiry guidelines

  • Volunteering: please state your age group, availability and the programme that interests you.
  • Programme registration: name the programme; for participants under 18, a guardian must be copied into the correspondence.
  • Verification inquiries: institutions should write from an official address using the subject “Verification Inquiry”; the Secretary of the board replies with the registration particulars requested.
  • Media & partnerships: include your organization, the proposal and your deadline.
  • Please note: we cannot provide legal, medical or emergency assistance. In an emergency in Malta, call 112.
