1. About this website
This website is published by Udruga Mladih Peteranec, Registration Number 10139364133, registered office Triq Dun Ġużepp Zammit, Iż-Żurrieq, Malta, Republic of Malta. It exists to inform the public about our non-profit programmes, governance and contact channels. By accessing or using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use of the site.
2. Non-commercial use
The site is provided free of charge for personal, educational, civic and informational purposes. No product or service is sold through this website, no payment is collected, and no advertising is displayed. You agree not to use the site or its contents for commercial resale, unsolicited marketing, data harvesting, automated scraping, or any purpose that is unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or harmful to others.
3. Educational information disclaimer
Content published here — including programme descriptions, workshop materials, guidance notes and articles — is general educational information. It does not constitute legal, financial, medical, psychological, immigration or professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Programme schedules, venues and availability may change, and participation is always subject to capacity.
We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and current, but we give no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udruga Mladih Peteranec, its board members and volunteers accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on site content.
4. Programme participation
Registering interest through this site does not by itself create a place in a programme; a place is confirmed only in writing by a volunteer coordinator. Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, volunteers and venues. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue participation where conduct endangers the safety, dignity or wellbeing of others, or where a safeguarding concern arises.
5. Intellectual property
The organization's name, logo, emblem, page layouts, written copy and educational materials are the intellectual property of Udruga Mladih Peteranec or are used with permission of their respective owners. You may quote short extracts, link to our pages, and reproduce material for non-commercial educational or civic use, provided that you credit “Udruga Mladih Peteranec (Reg. No: 10139364133)” and do not alter the meaning of the material.
Reproduction of our logo or emblem in a manner suggesting endorsement, affiliation or partnership requires our prior written consent. Photographs contributed by community members remain the property of their authors and may not be reused without permission.
6. Third-party links
Where we link to external websites — partner organizations, public authorities or educational resources — we do so for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those sites.
7. Acceptable communication
Messages sent to us through the contact form or by email must not contain abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or unlawful content, and must not include malicious code. We may decline to respond to, and may report, communications of that nature.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it before submitting any personal information.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Malta, and the courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold as a consumer or data subject under mandatory Maltese or European Union law.
10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes in our activities or in applicable law; the current version is always published on this page. Questions about these terms may be sent to info@udrugamladihpeteranec.click or raised by telephone on +356 2168 0200 during office hours.
